- Guests are required to provide passport/visa details at the time of check-in and fill up registration form and guest register as required by law.
- Check in 14:00 (unless house is available) Check out 11:00.
- Turn off all the lights except the front porch when you depart the house.
- Room service not available.
- Housekeeping service provided only on request.
- Bring all cushions, sheets and towels from outside when you depart the house.
- Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
- Turn off bathroom shower hot water heater when not in use.
- Turn off internet when not in use.
- Smoking only permitted outside the house, and we kindly ask you to use ashtrays provided and not litter the outside area.
- Be courteous to our neighbors regarding noise level during your stay, loud gatherings| parties are not permitted on the property.
- Respect noise restrictions regarding loud music after 22:00 in goa.
- House will be cleaned and bed linen changed every 3 days (as per needs).
- Guests are required to take care of their possessions and valuables, and the owner disclaims any liability for lost items.
- Please leave the house in the same condition it was on arrival.
- Guests are required to pay for any loss or damage of house property during their stay (kindly go through the inventory list carefully).
- Reservations accepted for a minimum of 5 days over the Christmas and New Year should include either Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.
- All prices are not inclusive of tax.
- Right of admission is reserved with the management.
- A 50% deposit of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation.
- Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes. This email will also include important information that we urge you to read to ensure your travel to casa galgibaga.
- The remaining balance of your total room cost including taxes is due on check in at casa galgibaga. We accept cash (pound, us dollar, euro, rupee) Traveler’s checks are not accepted.
- If booking is cancelled before 30 days prior to check-in we give you a 100% refund back.
- If booking is cancelled between 29 days to 15 days prior to check-in, we charge you 25% of your deposit.
- If booking is cancelled between 14 days to 8 days prior to check-in we charge you 50% of the deposit amount.
- No refund will be made if cancelled thereafter.
(In case of cancellation all the bank transfer, on line payment fee of 4% and in case of using Paypal all the commission & fee will be paid by guest.)
